It’s that time of year again.
Big yawn, because it’s the same old thing every year.
It’s the time of year we pets call, “Humor the humans.”
One guess what we had to do this weekend.
We had to go see Santa.
I wasn’t impressed, but the little girls wanted to go.
It’s Broshi’s first Christmas, so it was important for her to go.
…when Santa first held her, he put her in a choke hold.
That isn’t good for the cat, or for the photo.
I had to have a talk with him.
He did better with Courage.
She’s not one to be put in an awkward position, and I think he knew that.
And then there was the dog.
She had to have her picture, because it’s her first Christmas too.
We finally got a nice picture of Broshi…
…minus the choke hold, thank you.
All in all it was a fun day and I’ll say this, cats have it better than dogs.
When cats go to see Santa he may not know how to handle us, but we still look good.
Only a dog would allow a human to humiliate them publicly and enjoy it.
You’ll never see a cat wearing stupid antlers.
Happy Santa photos, everyone!
